Milton Keynes launches its first-ever Investment Prospectus

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is proud to publish the Milton Keynes Investment Prospectus 2026, the city’s first dedicated investment prospectus. The Prospectus has been developed to bring together Milton Keynes’ long-term growth vision, provide a clear and accessible overview of investible opportunities, and create a structured basis for engagement with investors, developers, and businesses.

The prospectus has been produced to support a more coordinated approach to investment promotion and delivery in Milton Keynes. It sets out the city’s strategic context and development pipeline and is intended to serve as a practical tool for engagement between public and private sector partners. As the UK’s fastest-growing city, purposefully designed for business and innovation, Milton Keynes has a strong foundation for continued growth. Located within the Oxford–Cambridge Growth Corridor, the city benefits from a £16.8bn economy and established strengths across technology, engineering, and creative sectors, alongside a pipeline of major development opportunities already underway.

The intention of this prospectus is to provide a clear entry point for engagement, setting out current and emerging opportunities to support dialogue with investors and developers interested in shaping and delivering growth in the city. With a long-term vision, Milton Keynes offers a structured pipeline for both immediate and future investment, and Milton Keynes City Council, Invest Milton Keynes welcomes engagement to explore opportunities in greater detail and progress them in partnership.
